Tv\u00e5 mil i underbara f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden och perfekta skidor, kan inte bli b\u00e4ttre. Var inte ens tr\u00f6tt n\u00e4r jag kom tillbaka till bilen utan bara glad. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e4ningen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ndag:\u00a0Styrka<br \/>\nTisdag:\u00a0Vila<br \/>\nOnsdag:\u00a0L\u00f6pning<br \/>\nTorsdag:\u00a0L\u00e4ngdskidor<br \/>\nFredag:\u00a0Vila<br \/>\nL\u00f6rdag:\u00a0L\u00f6pning<br \/>\nS\u00f6ndag:\u00a0Vila<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6pningen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det blev tv\u00e5 lugna pass denna vecka, dels f\u00f6r att kroppen var tr\u00f6tt (det f\u00f6rsta) och f\u00f6r att det var isgata (det andra). K\u00e4nde mig n\u00f6jd \u00f6ver onsdagens pass, att jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 kom ut trots att kroppen skrek att den var tr\u00f6tt. Jag lyssnade (n\u00e4stan) och tog turen i den takt som den orkade med.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vikten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vikten i stort sett of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad denna vecka, plus tv\u00e5 hekto visserligen men d\u00e5 jag hade en st\u00f6rre uppg\u00e5ng tidigare i veckan s\u00e5 \u00e4r jag mycket n\u00f6jd att det inte blev mer.
