Men att det blev mindre tr\u00e4ning beror inte enbart p\u00e5 att det kom en julhelg utan det berodde \u00e4ven p\u00e5 lite hederlig lathet. F\u00f6r jag hade ju kunnat sprungit innan jag \u00e5kte till min syster i tisdags och jag kunde ju ha styrketr\u00e4nat i s\u00f6ndags ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att bara ta en promenad. Jag fick hur som helst in 4 kvalitetspass och det \u00c4R jag n\u00f6jd med. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e4ningen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ndag: &#8221;Styrka med boll&#8221;<br \/>\nTisdag: Vila<br \/>\nOnsdag: Vila *julafton*<br \/>\nTorsdag: L\u00f6pning<br \/>\nFredag: Styrka<br \/>\nL\u00f6rdag: L\u00f6pning<br \/>\nS\u00f6ndag: Promenad 90 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6pningen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Juldagen, n\u00e4stan ensam p\u00e5 gymmet, l\u00f6pband. Ja, det g\u00e5r att springa d\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 men jag tycker verkligen inte om l\u00f6pband, k\u00e4nns som jag springer och kollar p\u00e5 klockan hela tiden. Ute var det -20 och jag k\u00e4nde verkligen inte f\u00f6r att springa ute, bilen var \u00e4nd\u00e5 varm och rutorna skrapade eftersom jag k\u00f6rt hem fr\u00e5n min syster precis innan &#8211; s\u00e5 det blev gymmet. Och l\u00f6pbandet. Var helt ok att springa ute trots temperaturen, hade kl\u00e4tt p\u00e5 mig helt lagom. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vikten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5gen hamnade p\u00e5 minus trots lite v\u00e4l mycket julgodis, -0,9 kg. Nu ska jag vara ordentlig till ny\u00e5rsafton d\u00e5 det faktiskt kommer bli god mat och sen n\u00e5gon form av onyttigheter.
