Eller ja, n\u00e4stan. Jag har kastat om dagarna lite. Mest n\u00f6jd \u00e4r jag med att jag kom ut och gjorde backintervaller efter jobbet i fredags, f\u00f6r \u00e4r det n\u00e5got jag inte tycker om s\u00e5 \u00e4r det just intervaller. Och eftersom jag inte tycker om backar heller s\u00e5 \u00e4r backintervaller en gr\u00e4slig kombination.
