Igen, var min f\u00f6rsta tanke eftersom jag ogillar intervaller och speciellt om de \u00e4r uppf\u00f6r en j\u00e4kla backe. Men jag \u00f6verlevde passet \u00e4ven denna g\u00e5ng. Vid veckans andra pass slog jag till med ett nytt personb\u00e4sta p\u00e5 fem kilometer, inte illa med tanke p\u00e5 att det var s\u00e5 n\u00e4ra att jag inte kom ut alls. Veckans l\u00e5ngpass var p\u00e5 20 kilometer och jag fick springa i regn, motvind, hagel och sol &#8211; ombytligt v\u00e4der minsann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vikten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mina slutord den f\u00f6rra veckorapporteringen var att jag skulle befinna mig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sida 80-strecket vid n\u00e4sta v\u00e4gning. Hmm, jaa, det h\u00e4nde ju inte riktigt eftersom jag moffade i mig lite f\u00f6r mycket mat under helgen.
