Jag kanske inte l\u00e5g p\u00e5 soffan n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6lja programmet, men jag hade inte sprungit sedan Topploppet i september s\u00e5 det var lite k\u00e4mpigt att komma ig\u00e5ng. <\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r ju r\u00e4tt ny med det h\u00e4r att springa. Med medf\u00f6dda kn\u00e4fel som kr\u00e4vt operationer s\u00e5 har det varit l\u00e4tt att skylla p\u00e5 mina kn\u00e4n s\u00e5 fort det var dags att springa i skolan. Att jag sommaren 2010 skulle b\u00f6rja springa var allts\u00e5 otippat, men jag hade best\u00e4mt mig och med nyink\u00f6pta skor s\u00e5 gav jag mig ut f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen&#8230;.och trodde jag skulle d\u00f6. Jag k\u00f6rde ett program d\u00e4r f\u00f6rsta rundan bestod i att man skulle jogga l\u00e5ngsamt i en minut, sen g\u00e5 raskt en minut och g\u00f6ra det tio g\u00e5nger. Jag trodde \u00e4rligt talat att jag skulle d\u00f6 de d\u00e4r minuterna, jag r\u00e4knade sekunderna och orkade knappt springa\/jogga en minut. Det. Var. Hemskt. Men jag fortsatte envist med programmet som l\u00f6pte under fyra veckor. Jag kommer inte ih\u00e5g hur l\u00e4nge jag hade h\u00e5llit p\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag en dag kom in var och f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad \u00f6ver att jag faktiskt tyckte det var kul. Kul?! Jag?! Tycka om att springa?! Jo, men s\u00e5 var det, jag tyckte om det.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade springa 2010 s\u00e5 v\u00e4gde jag runt 78 kg, n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade springa i \u00e5r v\u00e4gde jag 88 kg och det har m\u00e4rkts. Kroppen k\u00e4nns tyngre och \u00e4ven om jag inte trodde jag skulle d\u00f6 vid f\u00f6rsta passet, utan snarare att det gick riktigt l\u00e4tt, s\u00e5 m\u00e4rks det att jag v\u00e4ger mer.
